How the islands are generated
Change the scope, depth or seed to see how each affects the island’s shape.
ISLAND SETTINGS
Large island · depth 3 · seed 109
Scope changes size. Depth adds contours. A saved seed reproduces the same coast.
This interactive sketch uses the chart’s coastline generator. The full terrain, erosion and textures are baked at build time; the sketch does not move any published island.
Explore the chart
Each island represents a project, idea, piece of writing, or external destination. Related entries belong to groups. Drag to explore, zoom in for a closer look, and select an island to read more or open its link. The index lists every entry.
How it works
Astro builds the site from content files. A seed gives each island its terrain, while a saved layout keeps existing islands in place when new entries are added. Smaller entries can use smaller islands.
A WebGL renderer draws the terrain, ocean, and clouds. Content pages and the index remain available without the map. Weather presets change the conditions; local weather is available only after the visitor chooses to share their location.
Adding content
The chart-scribe skill turns supplied descriptions into public entries, checks their content and links, and updates the chart through Git. Briefs can contain a full project description, a piece of writing, a short concept, or just an external link.
